This course is for anyone who has been living with chronic symptoms and suspects that their nervous system — due to stress, trauma, or emotional patterns — are part of what keeps your body stuck in illness. Perhaps you’ve tried many things, and something still feels missing.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore that missing piece together — using meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices to work directly with the nervous system.
Each class combines a short, grounded talk that weaves modern science with ancient wisdom, a guided meditation practice and an open Q&A. The approach is gentle, cumulative, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
